Clean most of the time. Pleasant and peaceful area. Good scenery. Snacks and soda. Bathrooms not very private

It is clean enough, has beverage and snack machines, has two payphones, and has picnic tables. It's a nice little rest area.

Is someone there all day? My fiancee lost his phone there. We got a text from whoever found his phone, that they had found it. Just trying to get ahold of them to get his phone

I don't believe this location is staffed, other than for janitorial duties. I would attempt calling your husband's phone directly or using the devices equivalent to "find my iPhone" if possible.
