I have never had an issue however this time, I ask for extra sauce and got none. I called to report it. Phone rang and rang. 1 pick up and it was a hang-up. Talked the ordering line and she said will try to transfer the call. I spent almost $30.00. Never again.

Every time i order from this location they take end up not delivering my order stating that door dash stole the order. When I’m reality they are too lazy to bring me my order. They always have an attitude very poor customer service. I try to give them chance after chance but i am DONE. They probably should be shut down honestly.

Horrible customer service, never answer the phone... the take your money but don't have the decency to answer the phone and discuss the product that you purchased with your money! They canceled my order and threw my food away without even calling to verify and information so my children and I sat for 3 hours waiting on dinner that was never showing up in the first place. Had someone called or even answered the phone this could've been resolved!!! On top of that he didn't refund me my money right then so that i could go buy my kids something else for dinner. He told me he can refund it at the end of the night!

I ordered and paid for, on the app. I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't even started yet! They apologized and said that they had a new cook. I asked how long was it going to be, and they said about 10 minutes, or so. I decided to wait. 30 minutes later they finally came out with my pizzas! I got home with them, and started eating them, when I noticed that they were not really cooked all the way! They were kind of doughy on the bottom! I normally don't have any problems with this place, but this was bad this time!
