AVOID. Terrible experience. Food took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to us. We had ordered it for our children’s dinner and it arrived as they went to bed. We had to drive and grab food elsewhere in the meantime. No communication from the store at all. I tried calling and waited on hold for 15 minutes, no one ever answered. This is the second bad experience that we’ve had with this store. Poorly managed location. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered one pizza for delivery at 8pm, signed up for text alerts but didn’t receive any. At 9:45pm I called for an update, I was told the pizza had 30min to cook and then would be delivered, with many excuses about drivers, etc. Notification and communication when a pizza is going to take 3.5 hours to get delivered would be a basic courtesy.

Wow. Ok so we just had a bunch of snow and the streets are bad, but after an hour and a half, I call to see where my pizza is. They apologize for the wait but explain that the drivers are way behind because the roads are bad. I get it, but a call would have been nice. So I go pick up my pizza instead of waiting for the delivery drivers. The pizza I pick up is barely warm and looks and tastes like cardboard (see picture) those are not pepperonis. Those are dry bubbles of cheese?!? No sauce. So now after an hour and 45 mins, a drive to Dominos and $45 worth of food we aren’t going to eat, my wife is now making homemade pizzas. I haven’t tried Dominoes in a long time.won’t try again 😕 the staff was doing their best, but this location needs some help

All I'ma say is, horrible!!! Now I remember why I stopped ordering from Domino's! For 20.00 bucks, we got dough and pepperoni. No cheese or sauce! Even after we called to complain, we went and picked up another pizza for it to look exactly the same🤦🏾‍♀️ poor quality. Won't try it ever again! We should have stuck with our first choice, Papa John's!
