Great experience working with Grace. She was very professional and knowledgeable. It really felt like she listened to our needs and she did a great job helping us find something within our budget. Very happy with the entire experience and with my vehicle 😊

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. Overall I have to say it was a very pleasant and positive experience. From start to finish the Sales Rep (Kari Law) I dealt with was very helpful. It was very important for me to take my time and explore my options prior to purchasing a new car. Kari was great with allowing me the time I needed and answering any questions I had, while also being great about follow up. Overall I couldn't be more happy with my new car and the experience at Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, Thank you!

I recently took my car to their service department as there was noise coming from my car’s front axle. I dropped my car off on Monday, I was told it won’t be looked at till late Wednesday which was fine. I then called on Friday to check, the advisor mentioned the car hasn’t entered their shop yet, i then told him that’s fine I’ll just stop by tomorrow to pick it up. I arrived and had to wait for over 20 minutes to pull my car, then I saw how dirty and dusty it is. I have NEVER seen a dealership gives back a car in that condition, it looked like it was abandoned for years. My car was clean as I always have it in a garage. I called their service department and left a message for the service manager and he didn’t call me back. Very disappointed with their level of service especially coming from such a reputable brand such as Mercedes Benz.

This dealerships service department is a joke. I’ve been taking my g-wagon here for years, and each experience reached a new low. A few years ago, if you scheduled a appointment for repairs, they could get you in within a week or two, and communicated well. When you buy a $150,000 you have some expectations, service in a reasonable time frame is one of those. A few appointments back they damaged the roof of my car, and took over 6 weeks to repair it because their body shop was backed up. My last appointment for regular maintenance was problematic at best, with poor communication, and no loaners available. Now just recently I called to schedule a repair because my air conditioner stopped working. The soonest they can see me, 8 weeks. What a joke. Next time I should buy a hyundai, at least I could buy justify a few spar cars in the event something broke. I’d bet they be able to service my cars sooner…

No you won't Satya lol
Depends on the age of the car and then style of key. Old keys that are just a key are cheap, but newer keys with coding are hundreds of dollars. Contact the DEALERSHIP to figure this out, GoogleMaps won't get you specific pricing.
Everyone must wear a mask and practice safe distance at all times.
The parts department can order it for you.
Only Synthetic.
Contact dealer. May need to be ordered. Since old model I'd ck car parts elsewhere from garages which stock older parts or even have from junked/ totalled cars. Also u can Google it from many suppliers
Depends on your warranty
Depends on the model, I suppose. Call service department
I don't believe they do
7 am
If you have arranged to do so prior, i believe so. Call the general number tomorrow and ask. However, if you haven't made an appointment for Monday already, then i doubt they will be able to look at it on Monday.
