While at a doctor's appointment, across the street from A&D Autowerks (and far from my own mechanic in North County), I desperately pulled into this shop, in need of some emergency on-the-spot roadside assistance, and without giving me any guff or even trying to charge me for the help, the working technician and shop manager went beyond to give my auto the attention it needed to get me home safely. They are kind, talented, and always (always!) treat us fairly for what work should be done (compared to others in the industry who often suggest unnecessary work at unnecessary prices). Having a German car always made it challenging for me to find the right mechanic. A&D takes care of our Jetta and Lexus with outstanding skill and attention.
