Thanks for getting my simple order of four crunch wraps.Oh wait you charged me for four and gave me Three. It's funny only count when it comes to getting my money you take correct and not my order number.Go back to pre school and learn!

Sometimes I go here and it's quick, correct, and adequate, today wasn't one of those days. Seems like the pressure was too much for the staff and they seem out of it, they are suffering like many fast food places so please be kind and patient at peak hours.

Really great place to eat. The cashier who was new was struggling and got good help right away. Everything was clean. People were friendly. Great place to eat at!

Horrible experience. I used to like this place. It wasn't a busy time when I went..Got 2 nacho fry boxes. Had cold old fries. Tacos had lettuce, after I just asked (and they confirmed )no lettuce. Burritos were cold. To top it all off..A LONG BLACK HAIR IN THE BURRITO!!! I gagged!!!!

HORRIBLE! Waited for 20 minutes. No one one drive thru speaker. Honked horn. No reply. Called store. “Busy” signal. Saw people in there. Not doing a thing. If it were up to me, fired. All of them. No excuses. 7 cars went through.

Become a local guide and inform other people about how Taco Bell in Forest Lake handles their business by posting reviews and pictures. That would be the best thing to do get this out and in the hands of people who spend their hard-earned money at Taco Bell. I used to work for that Taco Bell when it very very first opened and I know Taco Bells standard for customer service is very very high. So in the morning give them a call and give him a piece of your mind and then become a local guide and help other people so they know this as well. Good luck out there.

I tried to post a picture of a real taco bell experience. The pictures disappeared and the fake doctored pictures are all over the place . my question is what good is a review if it is censored? Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I had that experience on several reviews of various companies. I screenshot reviews now and periodically check them. If they have been changed I edit the review and note how it was edited. I agree, what good is it if you do reviews but the company has enough money to buy it removed? I would upload the images again. If they get deleted note that in your review.

Why do people have to wait 20 minutes for there food? No longer fast food!!
