We ordered are mean and the drive thru went by fast but when we got to the window it took them 30 minutes to get us are food isn’t it a fast food restaurant and we ordered 3 things and 1 peace of my chicken tender was soggy and hard to bite in to and they didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience

Rating low because of the staff. All were nice enough but lacked leadership to direct what was a normal Sunday afternoon volume. 5 staff that we saw, but 4 of which did more standing around looking then helping out the back, setting up the next order or trying to innovate around the volume. Lots of young high-school kids without gumption to lead.

Order of regular cheese curds and 1 mini blizzard and 1 small Placed at 810 pm. At 845 I reached the window, 5 minutes later I got the curds. Waited 5 more. Knocked on window. Was told they were making our blizzards. I sat at that window for over 10 minutes...totally time. 8:10 pm order in.. Till 8:52. Ridiculous. Dont stop if you dont have a full hour. Even for ice cream. Insides no better.

5/14/2022 7:45 at night. Three young girls were extremely rude. When I called to order to go order at 7:30pm I was welcomed with bad attitude from the girl on the phone. When I arrived, the door was locked due to not enough staff inside- no problem, I went to the drive thru. When I got to the ordering area I told them I was there for the pick up order and she started laughing and told me to pull forward. When we got to the window, one of the three girls was holding our ice cream in a carrier and they were laughing. When they opened the window the girl asked if I was the pick up order. I said, “yes.” She took my credit card and shut the window and says, “she said it like it was obvious that she was the pick up order!” Um, hello…… I was the next person in line so…… When we received our ice cream we drove away. When we got home we realized one of our blizzards was full of nuts- it was suppose to be a peanut butter cup blizzard. There was none of that…. Just vanilla ice cream and a ton of random nuts…. I know they knew our order because she read it back to me when I called in and ordered. Very disappointed. We threw all our ice cream away because we didn’t trust what they did to the other ice cream. We won’t be returning. And those three girls should not be working there if they want to keep their business alive.
