Food was what McDonald's should be. Hot fries and a 1/4 pounder. The young man at the pickup window was very friendly and a great person to represent the company. My only issue is that my large fry and 1/4 pounder, no drink, was $12.

So when I was getting my order I was getting an iced latte but their machine went into cleaning mode right after I ordered And one of the workers actually decided to give me the option of making the same coffee and an iced coffee and coffee and it actually turned out better than what I normally get

Spent 20 minutes trying to order food inside from a kiosk. Pressed button for help. Waited another 5min. Nobody came to help so I went to the front counter. Nobody came so I left and went across the street to Subway.

Stopped by thanksgiving morning, no sign saying closed not even closed on the website. Sat in line for 20 minutes for the recording to answer us and then find out no one was there. Really upsetting trying to get my kids breakfast on the way home from Bentleyville.
