Absolute horrible so far. Was supposed to Have Eye surgery 2 months ago. It continues to get pushed. They tell you 1 week that surgery is in 2 weeks. Come to 2 days before surgery Call to try to find exact time of surgery. They say oh we thought we called and cancelled again because of insurance. At this point the Eye drops that cost 90 dollars are now expired and will have to be re purchased again. This is an expense that should not be the fault of the patient. They state it is an insurance issue and they have to submit more documentation to the insurance, Ok been 2 months and multiple cancels for the same reason. When are we actually going to get the insurance the paperwork they are needing? I believe this is just them knowing that Medicare doesn't compensate what they should and taking someone with private insurance over Medicare.

I've received care from Dr. Harrison, Dr. Walters, and Dr. Lee. I appreciate the excellent care I've received each time, and it's very important for me to trust the doctor who is doing surgery, laser work, injections, or eye exams. Sometimes I wait a while, but I understand that the doctor is taking time to give the same excellent care that I will receive. The office staff has always been organized, polite, and professional. Also, I want to acknowledge the person who does insurance billing. I previously had considerable problems with insurance, but the person at Columbia River Eye has helped me, and now insurance and billing always go through without any problem. It's just taken care of. Thank you!

I live in Yakima and gladly make the hour and a half drive. Dr. Harrison has helped me so much with my severe dry eye. This has been really hard dealing with but I know that Dr. Harrison and his team have been amazing to me. He listens, is patient and I have not been rushed and he listens to all my questions. I am currently switching all my care to him and will gladly made the drive for such awesome care. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

After waiting in the reception room for 45 minutes past our appointment time, the tech that took my husband back to the room was extremely rude to me. She told me that I was not to be there and to go to my car! It is 30 degrees outside. Not an apology for running so late, just rudeness. My husband had recently had cancer surgery and doesn’t have any hearing anymore in his left ear and only 40% in the other. It has taken both of us to keep all this medical stuff straight. I did call and d so poke to the office manager and she was extremely apologetic and said she will talk to the tech.
