We have stayed at Hudson House for 15 yrs for Pepper Fest weekend...needless to stay we will never stay there again!! Prices went up...pool closed... no free breakfast which was always included..no maid service on Sundays. Was told to come to the desk if we wanted towels. Not to mention same comforter on the bed for the 15 years we've been staying there.Covid was to blame..I get it but no mention of this when booking the room. Very poor customer service!!! I guess that explains why there was no more than 5 cars there all weekend. We did call other motels while staying at Hudson House...their pools were open and had breakfast and were pleasant and courteous on the phone.

I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the antique weight room. Nice bar, whirlpool and pool, will try sauna today. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The toilet is a quiet flush which is very, very nice for nighttime stops and not waking anybody else.

I have been here many many times. Whether times are hard or I just need to get away even when life is perfect, this is where I go time and time again. It has a lot of rooms for business people event area bar etc. The breakfast is alright but breakfast is breakfast it's hot, they have waffles and sausage and you can sit in the dining area to talk to people or have a family like setting. It's awesome. The people who work here are seriously kind hearted hard working souls 💕

The rooms felt dated and weren't much fun to stay in. The beds were about average. The pool and the sauna were about what you would expect but they were fine as far as I'm concerned. My main complaints would be that the ac in the room was very loud and made it hard to sleep and that the TV was small and old.
