UnExcusable customer service by Manager How or why would management refuse to assist with customer ready to check out with their purchases I've been in retail many plus years I have never experienced any customer assistance as did today The lubes were to the back of the store One employee assisting all these customer on slef check put stand She called for assistance The Mgr of the building never showed up Didn't care some people walking out others just in endured the frustration of it all District Mgr you need to rethink the management in this building if the weekly and yearly shows no profits and the shrinkage out of control remember this review

The employees need to save the gossiping amongst themselves for their breaks. I’m tired of coming in and hearing all their business while I’m getting ringed up.

Went in to purchase picture frames..bought more than that. But the cashier charged me twice on an item and added the person behind me's item by mistake. When I went in to get a refund the cashier got the manager but lied and had her give me another receipt. Then when I complained they said they don't provide refunds. I'm sticking to the 99cents store from now on. Not helpful and worse customer service ever.
