My case worker is the WORSE ever to have. I LITERALLY could NEVER get a hold of her. I had to go through hundreds of other workers just to give her a message or to get an update from her. She is HORRIBLE everybody that works their seems to give me the run around and very unprofessional. I never BAD experienced service like this from any other welfare county. I'd never go nor apply here again.

I feel for you Susan.. we are in a terrible situation where my 5 year old nephew is saying that his daddy did disgusting things to him and his daddy is his stepdad his dad which is my brother he calls him Papi but people don't know that so they are having an investigation which is the best thing they can do (authorities) but at the same time is horrible that the authorities or Social services don't do much their stupid procedures suck because mean while the investigation goes on Social Services should keep the baby and once they find out who daddy is (stepdad) then everything can be better for my nephew and brother. I can't believe that social services make such stupid procedures, meanwhile my nephew is in danger with the daddy (stepdad) because my nephews mom works all night long. I feel sooooo bad for my nephew and I would love to help him out but don't know how after what we are going through with my lil nephew I see that the system sucks.
