Good prices on used games. Updated my $14.99 membership for a year and got an additional $5 off. Plus my monthly $5 off. As often as we shop there it is definitely worth it.

Great customer service, and always willing to help, especially if you're courteous. The management is nice and sociable, with normal employees being the same way. prices are good, especially with a membership. Great selection of new games, and able to order any games they might now have in stock (as long as it's available online). Always having various sales and deals, so keep an eye out. Always looking forward to a conversation regarding games new or old with the employees.
