They never answer the phone. Also they are in the office which says they're open till 3pm. I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early and nobody not even the security guard answered the door. I sat in my truck waiting and calling just to watch all of them walk out the back door and leave. They saw me and ignored me. They don't do anything but yet still get paid.

I never received my money on time and they are unreliable most of the time. Also have to wait hours for them to answer the danm phone! They have a poor system. Also you have to wait for the to change the direct deposit for a month or two for it to go through. This is why I rated it one star.

Death certificate, and everyone needs ID when visiting the SSA office.

How soon can I get an appointment? I want to retire on 02/23/2018. Thank-you

You can set up a appointment for retirement 3 months before your planned retirement. To schedule a appointment you have to visit the local office and schedule one.

I just want to ask if I can have a part time job? ?
