Jack is very accommodating, Cool stuff and my husband n I bought a slingshot from them. Fun ride!! But everything is sooo expensive. We had to leave our slingshot there for some fixing and when we picked it back up they just gave us the bill n didn't let us know what they did, we thought everything was done, until we started it up and the warning signal was on again. Evidently someone forgot to let us know that they have to order a part and now we have to go back.

BEST BIKE SHOP AROUND! After shopping around and having dealt with the other motorcycle dealerships here in town I decided to look at Thunder Alley with not much hope. My past experience with other shops was never anything great and the sales teams always seemed less than impressive. I was wrong! From my very first interaction with Thunder Ally I was happy and impressed. Ben was more than helpful, didn’t make me feel belittled or try and push me to a bigger/more expensive bike. The sales team, service department, and finance department all gave the same great service. Im loving my new to me bike and will be back for every other purchase I’ll ever make!
