The process from start to finish was easy and the actual shade installation could not have been better. Not to mention that the curtains are gorgeous! I highly recommend using The Shade Store in La Jolla!

Horrible customer service and Quality Control of products. They shipped me broken motors in the blinds the first time and didn't even offer any discount for their mess up when I ordered the second time. Anyways, I received the second blinds about 2 weeks ago and they haven't been able schedule a technician to come by and install. It's coming up on 3 months now since I first ordered! My design expert is always on vacation and she takes a week to respond everytime I email her a question. Your best off going to home depot for shades.

We visited the store in La Jolla, CA and met with Tanya. She was so helpful in guiding us in our decision and showing us samples and displays in the store. We quickly choose our window covering and style. Our order was placed and they sent out an installation professional to measure all of our windows, so all of the roller blinds would fit exactly. The blinds arrived within the timeframe stated and the installer returned and had them all installed in a matter of hours.
