Buyers be aware…. I purchased a Gemini cutting machine on 4/24/22. Delivered 5/4/22. Opened it and Test it once with all the sandwiches on 5/13/22… it appeared okay; so I threw the box away. On 5/14/22 I was tried using it for an actual card with flowers that needed layering. First run was fine, 2nd time it was too much pressure. The machine vent one of my intricate dizziness die cuts. Embossed once it was fine 2nd run actually cut through the rubber mat. :( I went to Joann at first they wanted the box. Then they aid regardless of the box they could no longer take it due to their policy. Then they pulled out this paper…. Posted signs are nowhere to be found.

Came to Joanns looking for some items I needed for a project. After having gone to several craft stores I found one item here that fit my budget. They only had 6 of the items I needed on the floor and I needed 20. However after looking around some more I noticed a box on the top shelf that had more of the items I was looking for. I did ask an employee if they had more and that I did see a box on the top shelf contaning this item. The employee simply ignored what I said and relied on the computer they carry around which told them they only had 4 available in store which did not make sense, since I was holding 6 in my hand. Would of not taken her no more than 5 minutes to check.
