I called this location after talking with Memorial Care for 30 minutes looking up every single OBGYN to find a doctor in my area only to find that there wasn't any available until September, however, when I called this location all they did was route me back to Memorial Care after finding out I was a new patient, even though this location IS NOT affiliated with Memorial Care. It was immensely disrespectful, especially considering that I am a teacher and only have so much time in between classes and during conference to make these calls. I am extremely dissatisfied!

Best experience I've had seeing ANY doctor! I have some rather unfortunate medical issues requiring surgery and came here for a second opinion. Dr. de Winter was enthusiastic and thorough in her explanations. She has a fantastic bedside manner--just the right amount of humor and candor mixed in with the doctorly stuff so it feels like you are just having an afternoon chat (minus the tea) with a brilliant knowledgeable friend who just happens to be a urogynecologist! The staff at Complete Women Care were friendly and nice, and the office was furnished with a variety of interesting seats and comfy plush velveteen armchairs. Very short wait time in the afternoon! The only negative was the shared parking structure was very full and cramped. Still worth the minor annoyance so I will definitely be back for any future needs.

UPDATE April 2021: I have moved further away from this location, but still continue to have my OBGYN services done here! Staff continues to be extremely friendly and my Dr is still as patient and calm as ever. 2019: I have Dr King and is absolutely amazing! I have never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor about anything before. I can tell she really cares and I don't ever feel rushed through during my visit. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and makes sure I understand everything I'm going through. And it's also great that the receptionist is super sweet and caring! She always greets me with a smile and by name! Its those little details to me that counts. Sometimes they are behind on appointments, but they always make sure to keep me informed about whats going on. I love this place! Highly recommend anyone to visit this place :)

CWC of Lakewood is my go to for Gyno visits. I have had the pleasure of working with two different doctors( Dr. Vo and Dr. Yang) and they are both awesome. They are knowledgeable, they listen to your concerns, and they make sure to give you the best care. Most of my visits are at the Lakewood office, which has friendly welcoming staff, and I've felt no difference from the staff at the Long Beach office. I highly recommend this establishment for all your Gyno needs.
