Went in to this store and the service was amazing Breena and Sarah went above and beyond helping us out and both deserve a raise. Also Manny the tailor was very good and needs a raise too. Definitely recommending to all my family and friends

Bad customer service! A nice lady recommended this place to us here in Lakewood; my son and I were looking for some dress shoes for his promotion day... we asked one of his representatives for help with a certain shoe size, he very kindly brought 2 different sizes in case the size we asked for did not fit... everything was fine until my son said that he did not like the way they looked on him and maybe bcs it doesn't match with his outfit that already had... the annoyance of the representative was evident, he took the shoe boxes and just left without asking or offering us other options... but we still thanked him for his time to which he did NOT answer for his annoyance at not having buying anything. Very rude. You have to buy something to have A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This store doesn’t know what customers service means. Emailed me that our tuxedos were ready and didn’t have them in the store. When they came, one was missing a vest and one was totally the wrong size. So 3 trips to pick up my wedding tuxedos. Thanks for making my wedding even more stressful. Never again.

Man here I am about to make a $1000 purchase and their service were just trash. Should have just let me walk. The only good service was from the black guy and the old guy, who seems to be the owner. The owners wife, the old lady was horrible, threw shade on me like I wasn't a paying customer and refused to let me open the dress shirts I carried through the whole store for 2 hours with no service. Sarah would have been great but she treated me like I was some cheapskate as well. Second time here and I struck out again. Don't see myself supporting this business in the future. Horrible salesman who would judge you as a bad commission. If the commission would have gone to the first black guy I would have been cool, he was by far the only help I got compared to Sarah and the old bat woman. The irony. I just got my lawyer gig going and I come into this store for my lawyer attire and I get judged by a bunch of low class salesman who judge me as a low class. Talk avout killing folks with kindness and people see it as weak.
