This year (2021) it was horrible!! My friends and I attended the event (2x) in 2019, it was FANTASTIC in every way. This year, nothing but a disappointment after another. It was more expensive, there was no parking available, the venue was very mediocre (nothing like the mansion in 2019), the costumes were cheap and no effort put into them. The decoration was just average and clumsy. The drinks were okay, but way too much ice to water it down. The performances were amateur and boring. The monsters were not scary at all. The one thing I was looking forward to was being scared by the monsters. All they did was rush us out of the rooms, not by scaring us, but just pointing their fingers to the door. Ughhhh makes me mad even thinking about it almost a month later. This was one thing I was looking forward to after almost 2 years of pandemic and quarantine and all I got was disappointment 😤

This was an amazing experience. Bobby Stitch did some amazing magic. The Captain (old solider) was so nice and informative. It was great. The cocktails were delicious. Costumes were amazing. Performances unreal. Haunting music. Singer and dancers were perfect. Overall this has just been the best experience anyone could ask for. Fun. Entertaining. Spooky. Following the clues was so rewarding. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

My partner and I went to an earlier time 4-6pm, mid October and had such a great time! We've been looking for a fun Halloween event to dress up for and were not disappointed with this one.

This was HANDS DOWN one of the best Halloween events I've ever attended in LA. Incredibly realistic costumes, perfectly spooky atmosphere, interactive storyline, delicious drinks. It was the perfect Halloween date night. My fiancée and I will definitely be going again next year!

I'm starting to wonder about Fever too. They seen to be bogus events and they don't refund your money..
They do not jump out at you, they might get close and make sounds (think predator-like), creepy and a little scary (for those who are not used to it) but tastefully creepy. I would say if you're not into horror stuff, maybe 3-ish.
They didn't ask for ours
You're probably best being dropped off there (idealy by somebody who will not be attending/drinking). We took an uber from a hotel, in part because we didn't see any parking structures near by. It seemed like a lot of other people had trouble finding parking as well.
