Lori who checked me out went way above and beyond her call of duty. I had a problem finding and purchasing something that I needed and she got it all fixed real quick which was super sweet of her. She's a keeper!

This is one of the smallest stores in the chain, so it lacks items found in others. I've been going here for over 20 years since it's the closest to where I live, and I find what I need 90% of the time. The other 10% means I'm off to another store. I think they could do a better job of inventory management, as they are often out of things other Home Depot stores keep in stock. Bottom line: it's much better this store is here than if it wasn't.

I used to go here for better customer service than what was typically offered at Lowes in San Clemente. This despite the fact that it's 20 minutes further. However, today's trip changed that. Was treated to two" I don't knows it's not my department" and a check out clerk who attempted to charge me the case price for a single piece of tile and couldn't think on her feet to understand the arithmetic. Sad state of affairs for the Available workforce....

This review is specifically for their plants + outdoor gardening area! Needed quite a few plants for my house last-minute so I stopped by at around 5:30 yesterday. The entire store was very light at the time, so I barely saw any other customers. This was great because I could take my time looking at all of their plants! They must have gotten a fresh shipment of indoor + outdoor plants because all of the areas were FULL with healthy plant babies. I ended up leaving with a lush fiddle-leaf fig plant, some succulents, and multiple indoor plants! Usually big chain stores don’t have a great variety of plants, but yesterday I saw some varieties that tend to be more rare—it must depend on what time/day you shop. Overall the store was clean, fully stocked, and the person who helped us at checkout was really nice!

It's going to fully depend on whether or not it is categorized as a "major appliance" or not. If you add it to your shopping cart and start the check out process, if it is a major appliance the website will ask you if you would like to add additional services such as haul away of the old appliance. This is where you would see the cost of these services as well. I believe haul away service is usually $25.00
