Had a great experience renting my snowboard. Did my reservation online, Showed up the next day to get my board for the slopes at mt high. They were quick and efficient. Was in the store for about 15 mins. The return was quicker with an outside location with signs showing where one should line up to return your rentals. Would recommend them based on price and quality of their rental equipment

Service was awesome! I'm not much of a renter, I've had a snowboard since I was in high school, it was stolen recently. I went up on my 36th birthday and bought a pair of used rental skis here for a very reasonable price. They had me suited and booted within half hour or so, now I'm back skiing for only the 2nd time in 24 years. Had zero issues with the skis even though though the setup had seen a lots of action before arriving in my hands. Great job Staff and Management!

We rented from here because it was cheaper than mountain high. Great deal, $25 for board, boots and bindings. They also have masks, gloves, and other useful items available for sale. Not too expensive either! The line was quite long on Saturday afternoon so plan for a bit of a wait during peak times. Staff were super nice and accommodating as well. The boards and equipment were great!! Glad we rented with them.

Thank you Big Benny for being so understanding! It was my girlfriend's first time snowboarding and made the mistake of losing grip of her rental and ended up sliding down the mountain without her. She felt so bad that we spent a good time searching for it. After losing hope and just decided to report it to the Ski Patrol and the guest service... we decided to call it quits and returned the remaining gear. Upon arrival we explained what had happened and was so grateful that you did not charge her and completely understood the situation. Thank you for your great service!
