Get place to take your pet, very caring people. Only issue is emergencys..there are a very busy place and you can almost never get a same day emergency seen.

He's a VERY GOOD Vet. My guess would be yes!
Dr. Tribble won't do debarking surgeries...the way it is done can cause breathing issues and long term discomfort for the dog...most vet's won't do it
