Both Gold Beach Lumber in Harbor and Cascade Home Center in Brookings do stock complete toilets. Don't forget a Wax Ring and replacement water supply line.

When are you going to restore the loose-nails-and-screws bins so that we can buy what we need instead of full boxes? I don't think I'll live long enough to use the ~300 no.6 1.25" screws I had to buy instead of the dozen I needed!

That question should be directed to Ryan Ringer owner of parent company Gold Beach Lumber. I too miss having choice of purchasing bulk nails and screws. This store follows a completely different business model. If I were to guess, purchasing bulk nails and screws at Cascade is not happening.
