Positive: The staff was great. The gal up at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Negative: The hotel was not secure. The outside doors did not lock and at least one was boarded up with no glass. The carpet had tears throughout. The flooring in the rooms were peeling up. Our first room door didn¿t latch shut. The pool is out of commission.

I have never had better service at a budget motel price. The staff are doing their best and were super helpful. Rooms were very clean. Pool was out of service. We asked for a space for 6 of us to get together and play some games and they cleared out their staff room to make a place for us. They did their very best to accommodate our requests. Thank You!!

Super clean right when you walk in and throughout entire hotel. Chelsea at the front desk has excellent customer service she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than satisfactory. She was very kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend.!!

I've been to a good amount of hotels and this one by far has had the best staff and crew on site I've ever honestly experienced. Aspen was super welcoming and friendly and went out of her way to take care of my needs. Linda and Sabrina were very welcoming as well and super supportive. The maintenance and housekeepers are amazing as well and very helpful. All the staff were very professional and informative.
