They are pet friendly which is great if you travel with your fur babies! The staff here has been nothing but nice and accommodating, they have fixed any issue I have had fairly quickly. Karen, the evening shift has been very helpful since we have been here and so has Daniel who is the manager here. Housekeeping comes once a week but if you need anything before your day, they are more than willing to get you what you need, all the ladies in housekeeping are. The only thing I could say that I dont necessarily like is the limited selection of breakfast but they have introduced new items, however it isnt much of an issue due to us being long term guest and we cook breakfast in our room most days and the limited washing machines available. They also provide a few dishes that you can ask for at the desk. Overall, its a nice place to stay and i do recommend this place if you are ever in the area!

This hotel stole over $2,000 from me. They claimed I booked it as pre-paid but I have the confirmations proving otherwise. They do not even have the decency to talk to me about this issue. Absolutely terrible way to conduct business. Do not give this operation your money. They are criminals.

The studio is pleasant, the cleaning is spotless, it is quiet, and the staff is helpful. Now Velocity, the internet company used by Stay America, reduces the speed of the internet so much that you barely can check your emails. Then they charge $1.99 an hour for the regular flow you get for free in motels anywhere in the world. They also have interrupted my connection every 10 minutes, and today they are pushing me to log in with my name each time I am connecting. It feels like warfare. Feeding your customers to your sub-contractors is questionable perhaps it is simply greed. If Stay America upgraded to free broadband access, the experience would be close to perfect.

Wonderfully splendid place to stay. Every staff member I come across is very friendly and make sure to make our stay very comfortable. What has been a devastating chapter in my family and I lives , due to a house fire that took everything we owned, The staff here made life a little easier each day. They encourage pets and even have treats for them at desk. The price is great and we have kitchenette. Overall you won't regret choosing this hotel. Thank you
