We came at 5:40 on August 31st, 2022. The doors were closed, even though the employees were still there. There is no schedule hours listed outside. The website says they are open till 7 p.m. So disappointing...

Very small location. Hours are sporadic at best. When they should be open, they are closed. Finding coffee in this area can be challenging when they are closed. Best bet is to buy ice coffee from a corner liquor store or krisp down the street if they are closed: which is frequently.

I don't often leave a one-star review, but when I do - it's because I enter a Starbucks (with a mask on) and ask if I can use the bathroom, pursuant to purchasing a product. Subsequently an employee named "Chad" literally yells at me to back up and walk in a different direction through the store (I had taken maybe 2 steps towards the counter). So everyone out in Ocean Beach can sleep comfortably each night, knowing that Chad is in complete control of the 5 ft radius semi-circle immediately succeeding the front door of 4994 Newport Ave. Attached is an admittedly poor impersonation of Alpha employee, Chad.
