Long slow line at drive thru. They need to plant shade trees along drive thru lane. If you are going to have to sit roasting in your car for 5+++ minutes to get your ice cream you should not be baked by the sun waiting in line. What were they thinking?

Went through the drive-thru and was informed that they were out of every single thing that you could possibly put into a fryer! What is dairy Queen without french fries or onion rings? What is dairy Queen without corn dogs? Yeah, I could still get ice cream, except I'm allergic to milk, so everything that I could eat, was not of use. It was just really disheartening. Also, they were out of large and medium cups! Why were you even open?

Doors locked, a SIGN would've been nice. 4 cars parked got out w/ kids. Go to door to find out it's locked. 3 drove off, other 1 got in drive thru line like we did. Little frustrating. Girl at window very happy and courteous. Approx. 3-3:30 pm on a Thursday.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. They weren’t busy. And when the food came out, it was wrong. I ordered the shrimp basket and got the chicken strip basket.

We try to clean up after every person. Plus we made it where the condiments are handed out individually upon asking, that way other customers don't have to worry about anyone else touching products. Plus we serve everything in a bag, so that there's less contact with the food. We also ask people not to get refills, that way germs don't go onto the fountain machine while getting a drink.
Keep your receipt as proof of your purchase and ask if anything is missing. Mistakes happen, especially if someone is new in training.
