Josh and Andre at Temecula HD were great to work with and made my purchase seamless although I never saw them in person. Appreciated the willingness to work with me on providing what I needed and negotiating the price. Great job. (Gave 4 stars only because it would have been nice to get a full tank and a charged battery, plus the screws attaching the gear shifter to floorboard came off, small fix but not expected from a dealer purchase). Would buy from them again though.

Had the pleasure of working with Andre, Andy and Blake on my new bike purchase. Top notch customer service. My Insurance guy couldn’t send over the required docs before closing. He sent it as I was getting home, sent Andre a text and Josh was nice enough to come back so I could take the bike home.

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. Shopped around from San Diego all the way to Los Angeles and ended up calling Temecula Harley and spoke to Andre. Within a 5 minute phone call Andre provided me so much information and said if I come in today and make a deal happen he would take care of me. And he stuck to his guns and held up his word. I ended up going in and he did more then enough for me to make me a satisfied customer. If you are looking for a Harley go see Andre. Josh also helped me out and was in great customer service on making sure all the parts i wanted to add was added. They are straight to the point. No back n forth on prices. Shout out to the parts guy KC for taking his time and going through parts with me to get on my bike. All of the employees there have over the top customer service. No complaints and recommend anyone interested in buying a bike stop in! Thanks Again Andre!!! 🤙🏿
