I love this place!! Every time I have been here I’ve had a great experience. Before Bella, I had a corgi mix named Penny. She had arthritis and was having trouble walking. I brought my Penny there and they gave her pain medicine and supplements and she regained her youth!! With that being said after my Penny had passed we got Bella. I did not hesitate when it was time to go to the vet where I was going to take her. She was spayed here, microchipped and she gets her vaccinations here. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone. The staff is amazing!!

Though the staff is nice, the doctor there did not do a thorough job of taking care of our dog. Our terrier mix had something wrong with his foot, so we took him here to get it checked out. I don't know why the doctor is so keen on foxtails, but she keeps bringing this up each time we have taken him here for an issue. She examined his foot and actually cut open in between his toes to check if there were any foxtails or something inside. My biggest issue is that she didn't thoroughly check around his whole foot, didn't give us any detailed instructions on how to care for him especially since he came home with an open wound and was bleeding a lot and couldn't walk, and they also charged us for a bandage which they never did. Luckily, I was able to get the charge credited to my account and more details on how to care for his foot, but only after calling and making my concern known. However, the biggest issue is that even after taking him there twice, 1st time for the exam, 2nd for the checkup, the doctor didn't even notice the actual affected area. I only found the real cause of his foot problem once I noticed that the back of his foot still was discharging and a pretty significant open wound and was infected! It's one thing for me to not notice it, but for a professional to not notice and not thoroughly check twice??? Definitely not going here again.

I went there about 4 months ago, my kitten was pronounced dead when I got there. I right away went for the private cremation, and have the paperwork to prove it (It was done with Samantha), went the next day so my daughter can say goodbye to Midnight's frozen body. Tell me why the nurse Nicole was talking so much about how I came and made a large commotion, of course I went in and asked if I can get some help because my baby was dying. And heard so many more stories about how I was being rude, and that she didn't care what happened to my cat. I wait 1 month and she calls to tell me that she was put in a group cremation instead of a private. She was blaming other co workers saying that she doesn't know who messed up the labels. When I remember it was Nicole who took her body back and Samantha did the paperwork about it being Private. When I went to pick up the group ashes the doctor just looked at me and rushed to the back and never came back out and apologized for the mess up and Nicole, was being so rude when I'm the one that should be upset that I won't have all of my baby's ashes. They don't care about your pets, they've gotten sued before.

Recently took our pet bunny Winter to remove an abscess from her jaw...the surgery went well and she's recovering pretty fast....they gave her Meds right away. They were very friendly and caring. They do grooming there too. It was kinda hard to find a place where they treat bunnies in my area, but I found this place online.

That's not really a question about the vet office....but I can tell you that fleas can cause dehydration, illness, loss of appetite and more...get the fleas under control first then you'll see improvements

Does this place offer dog haircuts
