If I could give zero stars I would...would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and insensitive staff and owner. Upon signing a contract was promised that the headstone would be placed by his head only for it to be placed by his feet and being given nonsense excuses as to why it can't be placed on his head. Was told that decorations were fine prior to signing a contract only to later be told policy had changed and the owner didn't want any decorations only natural arrangements. Was told that arrangements needed to be removed before maintance day on Thursday mornings to avoid them being discarded and twice have had my arrangements thrown out after maintenance day. When asked why they keep targeting my father's grave site cheap nonsense excuses are given. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS...Had I known what I now know I would of never chosen then for my father's resting place.

My cousin recently passed away and is resting here..I was told by one of our family members that a woman by the name of "Grace" approached her while visiting his grave. She said this woman told her that all the stuff he had (and other graves around his) had to be taken down by a certain date..adding to "It looks like the 99 cents store threw up in here" classy choice for a woman that works at a Cemetery! She needs a better choice of words. My family is still mourning and her nasty attitude isn't helping.

Stay away from this cemetery! It it filthy, it looks like a carnival. Supposedly they only allow fresh cut flowers, but some graves have plastic flowers and a bunch of ornaments. They will throw your fresh flowers away every Thursday even if they are still in great condition, but they won't dare touch the gang member graves. Those graves have unopened beer cans and even marijuana on them and those things don't get removed! This should be a place of piece and respect, but at Loma Vista Memorial park they are very disrespectful unless you are a gangster. Very disappointing!😡

We just tragically lost our 26 year old daughter, LIndsay, my family has been using Loma Vista since it's opening. I can not say enough of how impressed we were with the staff, Al, Casey and Travis. The service could not have been more beautiful. We also used Loma Vista for her cremation, which was also done in a timely fashion. The pastor that they suggested was awesome Rick Marshall. To Loma Vista we can not say thank you enough. Jim and Teena Dyckman. 9/7/2017

*** Restroom's are use at own risk, recommend bringing Clorox wipes and own toilet paper as not always available*"* There's is 2 inside the mausoleum, there are two more in the back section by the outdoor mausoleum in the old office there's 2 gray doors. Those are the bathrooms but they are all 4 locked on Sundays. Across the street at the Fullerton sports complex there are restrooms there. Near the playground and also to the far end by the single baseball field/ soccer field area.
I recommend calling the office, ask for the owner. Ask for the plot number and location. Once you have that and if they don't give you a map ask the grounds keepers where that plot number is at, the groundskeeper crew are always helpful.
You can check at the office located next to the entrance.
