I can’t speak for all of the stylist here but I can speak about Ki. I followed Ki to this location after she moved, and she has been cutting my hair now for 8+ years it’s always a consistent and fast haircut what more can you want. My favorite thing about Ki is once you become a regular with her she will text you to schedule an appointment based on how often you usually like to get your haircut (Super convenient). She always remembers how I like my haircut and she does the best job trimming my beard. If you’re going to try lady janes make an appointment with Ki you won’t regret it! The only business suggestion that I have is that they buy ottomans for the hair wash stations for a more relaxing experience.

Even though I had an appointment, I was denied to provide any packages, no hot towel to clean up hair, no beard trimming.. Only haircut was done. Reason given was: we have alot people coming, hence we won't be able to provide you the service.. RUDE, IGNORANT & BAD ATTITUDE it was in the early morning 10:00 am on Sunday. I felt like being forced to leave the salon. Not at all welcoming. Even there were no person waiting who had appointment, but just one who walked in without the appointment. So, what's the point in taking an appointment and coming there if I am being treated like that. I have the name of the associate who did this. NO LADYJANE from now. I would not recommend or ask any of my friends or cousins to visit LadyJane ever. I hope you get the same as "Karma" Always strikes back. What goes around comes back around. I wish Google had an option to give ratings equivalent to zero, not even a star. Thanks for all the bad experience.

I have known Courtney for two years and she always does an amazing job cutting my hair, fading my sides, and trimming my beard. Courtney is both extremely professional and experienced. She is kind, caring, attentive, and listens to how each individual customer likes their hair styled and cut.
