I’m giving this Panera 1 star because there lobby is always closed! They blame it on staffing but none of the other Panera Bread locations close their lobby so regularly. Interesting that the other locations can staff the restaurant but this location can’t? Who wants to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru for a drink?

Really great food for lunch! Aaron was a great guy taking our order, answering all of our questions! Everyone there is nice and they check up on you every now and then.

I don't know why there were quite a few bad reviews here. I enjoy most Panera location and have no problem with them at all. I specifically love Memorial Tulsa and Broken Arrow location. Ladies here are sweet and hey, they work hard so respect them please. If your food or drink not right, ask them to fix. I am sure they will do it.

Totally dismissive staff… they will leave you sitting at the drive thru window and just choose not to acknowledge your presence. I’ve had an issue here literally every time I’ve gone. My most recent order Was made online for Rapid pick up. I called to let them know that I requested no tomatoes on the order and that I was highly allergic and that the last two times they chose to put tomatoes on my sandwich anyway. I simply asked that they verify before putting my order out that there are no tomatoes… Sure enough, I get there and there are tomatoes… This happens literally every time. So much for RAPID pickup because now I have to sit here and wait for them to remake my order…. It’s just unacceptable… They go out of their way to screw things up. There’s always something wrong, ALWAYS.
