Positive: Clean and comfortable room. Negative: Tv remote was kind of annoying. Too far while on the bed. Room was great though.

The rooms weren’t too bad, it was fairly clean but the tv remote didn’t work and either did a couple of the outlets. The hotel staff was extremely rude to my group and god mad that we couldn’t understand her. They walked in our room many times either without knocking or they would knock and immediately walk in without anyone saying anything or opening the door. They would open the door and then close it once they saw we were in here.. seems like they wanted to enter our room without us being here and we told them multiple times we don’t need any toilet paper or anything like that so there’s no reason they should be entering the room. We could’ve easily been dressing and they walked in without warning and did this 4 or 5 times. They also walked into our room at 9:30 to clean even though our checkout isn’t until 11. They also insisted we needed to be out at 10:30 when our checkout time is 11. The room is fine but the staff isn’t. I don’t recommend leaving anything expensive unattended in the room because they seem like they would steal your belongings.

My dad is in a wheelchair and couldn’t get to the bathroom door. We asked about handy cap rooms they did say no handy cap but they didn’t tell us that you couldn’t even get up to the bathroom in a wheelchair. Most people know what handy cap can be. I thought it was against the law for any business in the USA to not have handy cap accessibility. Therefore I rate as low as possible

Seeing the most UTD reviews convinced us to book for the night and we where pleasantly surprised by, the room space, the immaculate made up bed, the amenities. Even an steam iron with iron board. But above all. Clean!!! Thank you for our wonderful stay, we slept great and are ready to go back on the road!!
