Beautiful lake. Heard the bass fishing is great.

We planned on staying here for one night on our return-to-home trip from Louisiana ... however, once we arrived and set up the TT, we liked it so much we booked two more nights - we would've booked more than two nights but most were reserved ..... FYI !!! ... The water hookups are forward of the sites by at least 20 feet and to the right away from the sites by 15 to 25 feet - on the opposite side from most (all ?) RVs and TT's ... BRING A LONG (50 FEET PLUS) WATER HOSE ... the TT in front of us had to get water from our water pedestal - so theirs was on the opposite side and behind them by about 30 feet .....

This little campground is just perfect. If you catch it while it's not super crowded, it's wonderful. Playground for the kids, bathrooms, but not exactly great for swimming. Definitely awesome for staying overnight, building a fire and letting the kids explore a bit and play.

Nice COE park. We stayed in site #11. If I stayed here again I would try and get site 12 or 13. They were very level and had great views. You're close enough to the shore that you can do bank fishing. It was very quiet and peaceful. Had 50amp and water connection.

The park is dog friendly, not sure about the camp ground. I'm pretty sure I've seen leashed dogs in the campground.
