Great service good food made right McDonald's is one of the best fastfood places around they still have a dollar menu for when I need to save some money kids love the food and parents love the price good job McDonald's

As everyone in Mena knows, McDonalds is one of those places that you only go to if you are in a hurry. Well now I completely understand the complaints. At about 6:00 the other afternoon I saw a deal on the app, " $0.50 cheesburgers". I was on my way to work and thought that would be a decent cheap dinner. I was wrong, I got to work and discovered that instead of cheeseburgers, I was given buns with cheese and a concoction of burger additions. One had onions, lettuce, mustard, cheese, and mayo. The others were a mixture of those ingredients. Unfortunately I had to work and was unable to return up there to get it fixed. I could understand if it wouldve been a busy day and drive thru full but there wasnt a single car in front or behind me in the drive thru.

I suggest you check your order before you leave the drive thru. That includes checking your burger for both top and bottom buns. On two separate occasions two different friends have received burgers with no bottom buns. Personally I didn’t receive two pies, dipping sauce for my nuggets, and my soda tasted like water. The service has been going downhill rapidly.

Service is super super slow, takes 20 minutes to get to the speaker at the drive through, then another 10 or 20 to pay, then another 10 to get to the pickup window, and then you have to pull forward to wait on your meal...don't even bother going inside, your wait time will be triple. They do not care if your inside waiting to order or get your order, it will not be fresh, and your wait will be very very long.
