Ok if you went left. You'll cross a bridge then up the railroad tracks trail bears right up the hill but you have to look back to your left to see the trail marker on the other side of the tracks. If you went right and crossed the road you'll dip down into a lil creek. It looks like the trail blasts out to the power line but there's barely visible trail between the blackberries and the power line on your right.

Just pulled into the trail head to look. Wish I had time to actually walk it but it looks well marked

Moderate to strenuous trail. 6 miles long with lots of views. Old home place, rock fence and cemetery. Places to camp overnight also has a hikers shelter.

How long is the trail? Anyone have a map?

I think it was close to 6 miles one way, we never got to the end, it was so brushy we lost the trail and the blaze marks. According to the map we were within a 1/4 mile from the end, it's a beautiful trail. Pretty much all uphill going. We did encounter a black bear but he was real passive. Beautiful views. There is a map online. It wouldn't let me post it here.
