Maddy!

My fiance and I have been going to this location for a couple of years. It's been our favorite Patricia's location. Friendly and helpful staff. However, tonight was different. We enter and start looking. I use a small backpack as a purse. The employee starts walking towards us. I'm ready to get ID'd, so I'm taking my bag off. However, she wants to keep my bag behind the register. Understandable. I politely hand her the bag. Fiance and I walk around like normal. We're quietly looking at items. I grab an item I want and continue to look around. The lady has been circling around the store. She approaches me and asks for the item. I smile and hand it to her. We grab another item and I hold it. Lady grabs it from us again. She's definitely trying to hover around us. Me specifically. My fiance and I are getting incredibly uncomfortable. In the midst of deciding on another item, I notice a customer HAND HER ITEMS TO PAY FOR. She has ONLY been targeting ME this whole time. I grab a third item. Wouldn't you know, she takes it from me. This has left a bad taste in mine and my fiance's mouth. We would have definitely spent more money if she wasn't hovering. We were quiet and polite. I was compliant every time she asked for items. Especially compliant with my bag. Great to know that customers are being specifically targeted for seemingly no reason.

A good selection of toys and clothing, with prices that dont offend the senses, or the wallet. What really sets this store apart is the service. A large shout out of praise to shauna, hope I spelled that right. An awesome employee who goes above and beyond to be helpful and make you feel comfortable during your visit. Misty is a lot of laughs too, love these ladies.
