When two other shops said it couldn't be done, Tim and the team made it happen. Our 2003 Ranger is by no means an antique, but it does take a certain amount of mechanical know how and willingness. Two other shops said they wouldn't be able to find parts and suggested we buy a new truck. In less than a day, this Firestone replaced the "impossible to find" parts and got us back on the road.
