I got new tags for my puppy D.O.G. phone and she's a great thing in my heart and my life. We lost her mom a lady called Marie Lilly she's moved onto another house and I hope she is always happy. I'll love her for the rest of my life.

I've had 2 absolutely horrible experiences there. One there was a guy with somewhat poofy hair (manager) that decided to close the store early. All I needed was to go straight back and get dog food and he wasn't willing to let me go in even when the distort wasn't suppose to close for another 4 minutes. The other situation was when I went back to get the dog food the next day the lady at the register wasn't polite at all, asked her how she was doing and she didn't say a word. So I said it again thinking she didn't hear me and she just gave me a look. My kid asked if they still had the dog bones for the dogs at the registers since we brought are dog in since my daughter saw them there and the lady looked at my 7 year old and said "nope" my daughter then said how much do I have to pay for the one you just gave to the dog in front of us and the lady acted like she didn't even hear my daughter. Absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't need a particular dog food for my dog I would not ever shop there again. They definitely need to hire new people. Some with some proper customer service skills!!

Today the store was almost with no customers by 5 pm. The aisles of the store are very good organized, categorized with big signs by kind of pets, very colorful items like the toys for dogs and cats, a big variety of foods, accessories and housing for pets. They’re hiring. I saw the sign. They include training.

I recently went here looking for fish and fish-related supplies for the first time in probably a decade. Based on the twenty minutes I wasted here, I'll never go back. The tanks had pictures of gravel instead of actual substrate. Dead fish in almost every tank. Not only bettas in cups, but dead bettas floating upside down in cups. Very little stock, even smaller variety. The place was a mess; maybe the employees there aren't trained in the fine and delicate art of using a mop and bucket. Skip the trip. If you shop here, you're bound to be disappointed.
