It may be difficult to find exactly what you want in stocκ. But take some time and download their app and you can get what you need in stores for pickup. I also really appreciate the total tech membership applying to almost everything I purchase there. Well worth the money.

I went into the Boise store to look at replacing a 2015 HP laptop with something smaller and lighter. Steve asked me a lot of questions about how I use computers and functions I need it to perform. Based on my answers he directed me to a "2-in-1" unit that totally fit the bill! Because it was on sale, BB was out of stock in-store, but Steve assisted in placing the order for me and escorted me to the check-out to pay for it! Best Buy got the unit to me a day earlier than originally quoted, to boot!! Thanks STEVE and Best Buy!!

Outstanding experience. The staff in the computer/laptop section not only answered all my questions, they explained the how and why. Not only that, one of the products I needed was unavailable at best buy so the associate was able to locate online and at competitor store where I could obtain it. Highly recommend this best buy to anyone needed electronics or with questions about theirs. Extremely helpful and friendly.

That is an issue that is usually caused by one of three things. You either have a bad hard drive, a bad controller on your motherboard, or a faulty connection. I've dealt with all three. There isn't much you can do about a faulty motherboard. A bad connection is solved simply by putting the drive back in place. A bad hard drive could mean the loss of your data, as well as the cost of a new one (usually around $50 for a 1 terabyte drive, and much more for a solid state drive.) This doesn't include service fees, and data recovery programs can get extremely expensive.
