My wife and I were in the Seattle Flagship Store on Monday June 6, 2022 during our first visit to Seattle.We received the typical Nordstrom Customer Service, meaning super accommodating staff, finding what we were looking for, and great selection in Men’s Clothes. We got there near closing and never felt rushed. The staff person was very helpful in our plan to have our purchased items shipped as well.

I have been to this Nordstrom location many times but now I have the time to write a review. The store offers many high-quality items and selections from many famous brands. You can go up or down by using either the escalators or elevators. The men restroom is in the M floor while women restroom is in other floors. The service is always great and consistent between stores, and they have a good vibe also. I highly recommend everyone to check it out when you go around Seattle Downtown

Excellent customer service as always! Not their fault as Down town Seattle is sort of dilapidated, but I did notice this location is way more empty than what I remember...I hope this location livens up in the future.

Great customer service! Sales person Chad measured my feet with their amazing machine and asked me what foot issues I was concerned about. He recommended which shoes and insoles to consider without being pushy. I had the best shoe store experience ever, took my spouse there the same day, and plan to be back for my next pair of shoes. Keep up the high quality service - great job!

For Nordstrom? You would want to park at the Pacific Place Parking garage. It's nice inside and safe. Its located across the street from Nordstrom.
Legally, certified trained Service Animals are allowed in any public establishment.
Im sure they will be but santa will definitely be wearing a mask. Or maybe they will have a piece of glass between them and the kid and have them stand next to Santa kinda.
You can online order stuff they have to your house though I doubt perfume samples are available
Good afternoon. I work downtown. Travel past the store everyday. They are currently not open. However do have a pick up and return booth outside. For curbside service. But please call first before a visit. Just to make sure theycan assist with your needs. Hope that help. Have a good day
Encore is on the 3rd floor but they're more size inclusive now so you can find a little more flexibility in the departments
