Mr & Mrs. Smith know their BBQ. I highly suggest the ribs myself. But I love they give back to local community. I think it shows alot about a business but the owners and having good food, not a wonder they carry a great name around our area!!

We are East TX natives and are really big fans of Rib Masters. They’re Whitehouse location has never let us down. However, we recently moved to Bullard and have attempted the Bullard Rib Masters twice now. Unfortunately, the first time they told us they were out of everything. Which I completely understand! I know Covid has caused many supply shortages. That being said, we were anxious to go back a second time so that we could actually eat. Our second attempt we had checked google hours to confirm that they would be open and arrived at 6:20pm on a Tuesday in February. At which point again, we were unable to eat because they had neglected to update their hours on google for over two months. Apparently they had changed their hours back in December, and still not updated them on google. We were very disappointed. I just suggested the edits to google and it took less than five minutes to update them. I’ve given two stars not for bad food (we wouldn’t know sadly) but for not great customer service. :( We love rib masters and hope that one day we will actually get to go when they have food and are actually open! Next time they change their hours please please update them on google! Thank you!

Baked potato is pretty good. 3 stars because I had to pick out a disgusting amount of fat before eating.

This is a $37 takeout order. I will say the food tastes great. The 2 slices of bread seemed petty and chincy. The younger lady I spoke with seems disinterested in customers. The lady who was a little older was very nice. 3.5 stars but I’ll give 4 as my options are limited.
