Ever since they moved locations I have noticed that their service has suffered. The first thing you notice when you walk in the door is how chaotic it is. There was basically one guy helping with 10 people in the waiting area. My advice : have separate counters for apppointments and walk ins. I had an appoitment but I had to muscle my way through just to talk to someone. Same thing when I picked my car up. I grabbed one the service guys to get my keys. The lady waiting in a line was like, "Hey?!, I thought there is a line!" Sorry. I'm not going to get in a line with 5 people getting tires just to pick up my car that is ready. I get it... you guys are busy. Hire more customer service people and stream line the service experience.

These guys rock! Made an appointment online for tire rotation (tires purchased at different Discount Tire). Arrived, met the Service Advisor and confirmed my appt. Then gave him special instruction on how I wanted rotation done (5 tires with spare) and inflation pressure for F & R since these are oversized tires on a lifted truck. Rotation and balance was done quickly and exactly to what I asked for. Great service and highly recomend based on my experience.

Went in for a single tire to be swapped to the right direction. One tire. Must have been a new technician. Used an impact incorrectly on my aluminum rim and broke a lug. They handed me the wheel nut with half the lug stuck in it and told me to call the shop next door to fix it. Nope, not an answer I want. Acted like it was no big deal. Once I got home to repair the damage myself I found half the lugs were barely over hand tight and a few were way past torque spec. Never had an issue here before but this just cost a life long customer. I’m surprised my rim isn’t warped.
