The owner/manager is rude and aggressive. They overcharged my wife for a service and when we called the next day to get a $30 refund she went crazy on the phone and could not be reasoned with. She tried to say she had told my wife the price but she didn't and our understanding was much different then what actually happened. Not only have we been good customers in the past and brought in family and friends but we tip at a high percent. I would say we are "Good Customers". This lady has just lost a lot of business over $30 and I plan to backcharge my CC for this amount so she's not going to get the money anyway.

I love creative nails and refuse to go anywhere else, however I wish they only took appointments or just had a better system. It’s really frustrating being scheduled a time, and showing up only to be taken back an hour and a half later. I just wish there was better time management/ a more efficient system in place.

I’ve gone here many times but the last few have been awful! I’ve had an appointment but have been kept waiting forever. Then they did a hurried job. They try to get too many people done too quickly and their quality is starting to suffer. I got a manicure and it was literally done in 15 min! No hand massage or anything. I’m sorry but for $35 it should have some type of quality service. When they did my pedicure they sat me down and put my feet in the water and then I waited forever! The water was freezing cold by that time! I’ll definitely be going somewhere else from now on.
