I was hesitant at first with everything being online but I am so glad I spoke with them over the phone. First off, we love our new home. We are renting and Richard went through the walkthrough with a careful eye. I e never been through a walkthrough like that before. Usually I would go through everything and send them the paper-and after moving and whatnot that’s never something you want to do. He took the time to go through it…which as a renter I totally appreciated. Laura, the person I spoke with often, was extremely helpful too.

I have a rental property in Camarillo, CA that has been rented out for over 12 years. During that time I had used several property management companies and was never pleased with the service I was receiving. The property was recently vacated and left in poor condition. Given all the work that was going to be needed in order to get it ready for the next tenant (new carpet, painting, window blinds and thorough cleaning) I was expecting the rental to remain vacant for an extended period. After a few conversations with Richard, the owner and operator, I decided to use CPM to manage my property. Immediately after acquiring CPM’s service Richard began to coordinate all repairs with vendors in record time and at very reasonable prices. Once all repairs were completed it was immediately listed. To my pleasant surprise, Richard found and placed a tenant in less than 1 week. In all the years that I’ve rented my property I have never been able to prep, list and find a tenant so quickly. It has been a pleasure working with CPM. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend CPM.
