Honestly, if I didn’t have to pass by on my way home, I’d use a competitor. There are days I still want to switch. I just wish they were consistent. I’ve been a member since they opened and it’s been this way the entire time. I drive an SUV and half the time they don’t cover the back wiper or wipe down under the upper part where their machines don’t reach. Just yesterday, they skipped mine but did the SUV right behind me?! Other times, there is no under carriage wash. On that note, when it does work, it’s minimal. Other Tommy’s locations you can actually feel it cleaning the bottom of the car due to the power. Sometimes it’s scented soap, sometimes not. I couldn’t care less about that but again….why is it different each time? And the gray dryer spinners at the end….I truly wonder why they are even there. I’ve seen them on MAYBE 3 times since they opened. And when they are on, they don’t even lower down or touch the vehicle. Not sure why I pay for the top tier only to get what often feels like half the services.

Just a shout out to Jose for asking me if he could put my floor mats through the washer while I vacuumed my car. You don't find this kind of service unless you hire great people!

Great carwash membership IF YOUR LICENSE PLATE can be read. I'm cancelling my membership because of this. I've used this car wash for 5 months and I just have to warn people thinking of getting a membership to not waste their time if they have organization or specialized plates. My issue slowly began around Christmas and has not been resolved. I have to wait to be let in manually by employees because Tommy's license plate reader technology doesn't work on some personalized plates and organizations and they haven't been able to figure it out (which is what I was told by an employee in January 2022.) I would like to stress that ALL of the employees at this location have been courteous, understanding and have tried helping me get this resolved but to no avail, so on busy days I hold up the membership line and often have to wait a few minutes as they assist paying customers, to then allow me into the wash. Again, this may not be an issue for you if you don't have those kind of plates, so try membership at your own risk. Update: a month later and it never got resolved. I joined a competitor. It is what it is.

Monthly subscription is nice but the vacuums are not very good and there is usually dirt left on my car if I don’t go almost everyday.
