The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the T.V. but it wasn't that important to me. They offered to let me change rooms but as I told them it wasn't necessary.

HORRIBLE!!! Room was not clean at all, blood on the walls, on the sheets & overall not taken care of. Went to get a new sheet set just to come back to change them & seen boogers all over the mattress cover. Literally the only thing this place is missing is bedbugs!!! Don’t recommend staying here… at all

The Bed was uncomfortable, my heater wouldn't heat the room. Had set on 80 and wouldn't blow anything but cold air. Shower didn't get hot. Room was dirty Debating on weither or not to eat the breakfast.

There was a rat in the bathroom floor dead and big as ever. To remind you I’m from stl and was traveling with my children so we went there to get some sleep because u can’t drive at night. The lady put us in another room and I stated I wanted my money back so she said I had to wait on the manager the manager got there I called he said he not giving me no money back because I stayed n I should have left. Me and my children are homeless till our house get inspected in Texas so this was really heartbreaking and inconsiderate. This was the worse hotel ever. We didn’t get any sleep . It was a nightmare
