Nice, affordable place to live and is pet friendly! The manager Kristin helps out anyway she can and is very friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance is quick and communicative. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Pryor!

My little family & I have lived here for 3 years going on 4, Kristin is by far the best landlord we have had. She is so nice and respectful every time my we go into the office, always helps with what we need in a timely manner. My daughter & I love her.

I lived here for 6 months before I had to relocate. I wish I could have stayed, because the management and maintenance guys are on top of their duties. Richard is the most professional maintenance person I’ve ever met and i work in the field. Kristin ( the landlord ) is why I’m really leaving this review. She has turned this place completely around and she’s not even close to done. She gets things done and I like that! She’s way better than Deana. I loved this complex and love visiting my buddies over here.

Without a doubt the best complex to live in in Pryor Oklahoma. All of the maintenance guys are very well spoken, respectful and get their jobs done. I love it. Kristin, the landlord is something else. She goes above and beyond any time she can (which is always) She has really turned this place around. If you’re looking for a good, cheaper but still nice complex, come talk to Kristin over here at the park @ 1220
