Nice hotel, great service. The beds were especially comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy, and well stocked. The switches for the track lighting were difficult to locate, but we did figure it out. Breakfast was tasty and had great options for a weekend. Very dog friendly, and nice staff.

Positive: Clean nice size TV they had nice shampoo and conditioner in the shower along with body lotion . Negative: A/C didn't cool aswell as it should

I have mixed feelings. We stayed here mainly for the indoor pool. 100 degrees outside, inside pool was absolutely freezing. No one wanted to get in. The kids got in for a few min and got out, said it was too cold. Front desk said it was Upper 70's degrees. No way, it was ice cold. Also, the pool had a light that was dangling off the side with the wiring all exposed. The bathroom fan didn't work and no light by the mirror. The breakfast was pretty good. No fitness room when we were there, looked like it was being worked on. Front desk service was hit or miss. Went by several times and no one there. Hit the bell several times, no one showed. It was pretty late, but didn't know they don't man the desk overnight. We stayed 2 nights and decided to leave. Went down the street and got a room at the Hotel Pryor. It was actually a little cheaper and the outdoor pool was def warmer and refreshing in the outside heat. We went to Disney by Grand Lake and the lake water was way warmer then the pool at Holiday Inn.

Our stay here was excellent. This is our 2nd year traveling back to this area for an event and we intend on going back next year as well. We chose to stay in Pryor this year instead of Catoosa to get away from the crowd. it was great, the staff was great and kind. Especially Friday mornings breakfast employee crowd! They were so sweet and kind friendly. However, the weekend staff and the weekend breakfast lady who wears sweat pants a hoodie and ties up her hood around her face is awful. You can forget bothering her to ask for anything. She will snap right at you and she mumbles under her breath to where you can barely hear her. She is most definitely not someone you want to start your day out with. And she was there Saturday and Sunday. So we couldn’t really avoid her.
